Strong cartwheel luster over blast white surfaces. Light russet toning on the reverse along the periphery from 6:00 - 10:00. Just a lovely coin.

A lovely and original example of this scarce Italian Papal issue. Antique surfaces with pewter hues. Well centered with no deep nicks or scratches. KM#1216.1.  Struck in .9170 fine silver with an ASW of .7792. Obverse legend (my reverse photo) reads "PIVS SEXTVS". Reverse legend reads "AUXILIUM"

A beautiful piece that sat in an old collection for decades. The surfaces are prooflike with violet, russet and indigo hues resting atop sharp devices. An attractive coin that is rarely seen with such originality and beauty.

A choice example of this popular Russian gold minor. Fully lustrous with no marks that would distract from the eye appeal. Faint blue iridescense near the borders. An issue that use to cost double, with gold at $700, than it does today.
